This cocktail could be described as “a MIDORI Colada with the extra addition of a sweet banana aroma”, but it is more than just that. The banana flavor gives it a far-reaching depth not usually seen in colada drinks. The name Chiquita comes from the famous banana brand. The Chiquita brand was established in 1870, with the aim of delivering delicious bananas to all corners of the globe. Since then, it has grown into a hugely famous brand well known in Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Banana-flavored liqueurs are the main ingredient in many Asian-style cocktails, but the MIDORI Chiquita Punch uses banana milk (or nectar-like juice) instead, achieving a thick, fruity flavor.
Directions:
Shake ingredients with ice, and pour into a glass. Be sure to shake well to release the thick banana flavor.
Directions:
Cut 4 thin spears from 1 cucumber and reserve for garnish.
Peel remaining cucumbers and quarter them lengthwise. Scrape out seeds with spoon and discard. Coarsely chop cucumbers, then puree in food processor until smooth.
Strain through a fine sieve, pressing on solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add mint, sugar, and lime juice, shake. Add ¾ cup cucumber juice, the vodka, and Cointreau, shake.
Strain into 4 glasses filled with ice.
Garnish each cocktail with a cucumber spear.

Tonic water contains a substance called quinine which complements the piny notes of gin, and hence the famous gin and tonic is a very popular bar drink. I believe that the quinine in tonic water is also a nice complement to the grassy vegetal tones I taste in most white rums.
Directions:
Place the lime into an old-fashioned glass
Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the rum and tonic
Yumm!
